Appraisal request form for individuals, companies and financial entities:

Documentation required

• Registration information (compulsory):
  • Certificate of ownership, charges and description issued by the registry less than 3 months prior to the date of the appraisal.
  • For mortgage purposes, the above could be replaced by a copy of the Title Deed or certificate issued by the land registry (nota simple) less than 1 month prior to the date of the appraisal.
• Current planning (recommended).
• Property floor plan (recommended).
• Certificate of status (where applicable) for subsidised or council homes.
